Had a great experience today. First, an associate named Cameron, helped me find my husband. Then he helped us find a board game (which we almost left without). He gave us great 1St hand reviews and how tos . Even had us sold on a expansion of the game which we will surely return for.

The bookstore itself is good, but management makes some non-sensical decisions. While checking out, we were giving a buy one get one cookie offer at the cafe. When we went to use the offer, they were out of over half the cookie selections. I asked to sub one cookie (at a cost of $2.45) for an alternate option (at a cost of $2.35). The cafe employee called a manager over for approval, and the manager denied a swap because the coupon/offer was for cookies only. I asked if she realized I was asking for a cheaper substitution (meaning they'd be out less money!), but the manager responded she couldn't make any substitutions since the offer was for cookies only. Either ownership doesn't trust management or management can't do math.
This store has an excellent selection for a small town bookstore. As a huge bookworm, I love all bookstores, but especially this one. It has a nice atmosphere, great air conditioning, clean bathrooms, and coffee.
I enjoy visiting this Barnes and Nobles, it has some much reading material coffee shop and gift shop. Great place for families to bring their kids.
This Barnes and Noble has good sales and mostly reasonable prices. Some of these books can be found cheaper elsewhere, but it's nice to preview books at B&N before ordering them online, or downloading them in audio/e-reader formats.
The only things I think could be improved: a) the Starbucks does not take Starbucks gift cards, and they should. b) more outlets in the cafe area would be nice.
This is one of the best Barnes & Noble store I have been to, they have a huge selection of genres from manga to music to pretty much anything in between and if they don't have it they'll help you order it. They also have a vinyl and a pretty decent movie selection with movies you can't really get anywhere else. If you have kids they have a play area and sell toys and even have action figures for display from Japan. It's kept really clean and organized with very courteous employees who are always eager to help you find what you're looking for and with a Starbucks inside to boot. In addition they have a large seating area near Starbucks and a Nook center. One more thing to mention is that they regularly have sales throughout the store. I can't recommend this store enough as a fellow book lover. I'm always eager to go back. Which I always do
