This is in a great location. Sits off the service road in front of other shops. The staff is pretty friendly. They will put air in for free. I enjoy the fact that you get free tire rotations when you buy the tires from them. I always get my tires from them.
Awesome customer service. Walked into friendly faces and quick service. I initially went to Killeen store and I waited five minutes and no one even spoke to me. I left and came to this location.... 180 degree difference. Thanks Trent!!

Discount Tire has a fantastic crew who display their professional customer service on each visit. This held true with my visit to Harker Heights Discount Tire Store. Their kindness and knowledge is top notch. Their product was great and service quick and of great quality. After my purchase I had a couple of questions and when I called and left a message, my call was promptly returned by their Manager Greg. Greg and I spoke briefly, but his knowledge and Customer Service were matched by none. Because of Greg, I have purchased two more sets of tires from Discount Tire. I purschased a wheel and tire after an accident. They came in quickly but I had to call three times when I was told they would contact me when it was in. Then once they said it was in I asked if if I showed up in about a hour if they could get me in. They assured me it would be fine. So after rucking out of work and arriving at the store I was told it would be a hour and a half or more. Obviously I paid first so I immediately go to the end of the importance list because they already have my money.
