Ever since December 2015 I have had a love hate relationship with this Company. I was purchasing gifts for my family and i purchased a gift card for my brother. I remember the amount was around $65. He wanted a video game that hadn’t come out yet so I was just getting him a gift card to cover the game and taxes. I sent the gift card to Illinois. He went to Walmart to purchase his game and the cashier notified my brother that the card was never activated. The Walmart in Illinois said they couldn’t help him and advised him to send the gift card back to me so that I could go to the Walmart where I purchased it to get the issue resolved. I went to Walmart with my husband and the supervisor made sure the numbers on the gift card matched the numbers on the receipt. Which they did, they pulled security cameras to make sure that I purchased it and they could clearly see it was me. They said they would put all this information together and get it over to someone else. I provided a copy of the gift card, a copy of the receipt and a copy of my bank statement. I asked them if they could just give me the $65 cash or activate the card and they said no. I can’t remember the exact reason why because they were also very confused as to why the card wasn’t activated. After this I returned back to Walmart around 2 months laster; I spoke to a different supervisor who had no idea what I was talking about. The lady was very rude and questioned as to why it took me so long to come back. I told her that this wasn’t my first time I brought the issue up. I also explained that was giving the company time to figure the issue out but since I hadn’t received a phone call from them I decided to stop in again. I left very frustrated because the supervisor had no idea what i was talking about, she was very rude, and my issue was still not resolved. I went back maybe one more time and they claimed they still hadn’t gotten an answer back from whoever they sent the information to. So basically this company stole $65 from me! It may not seem like a lot but I work hard for my money! Why does a big company like this need to steal $65 from me? I don’t understand why they just couldn’t refund me the money or activate the card. Here I am almost 2 years later and I still haven’t received a phone call. I just have a gift card that is absolutely worthless. It sucks that Walmart has good prices but I hesitate to go to Walmart because they stole money from me, they were very rude and they were trying to act like they were the victims!! I am still very bitter that I never got my money back, and the holiday season always reminds me of this situation.

It's a Walmart... It's better than the Killeen location. It doesn't get super packed. I can be busy during paydays though. There's not much else to be said... I mean, it's a Walmart.
I'm only giving this Wal-Mart a 3 because of the nice employee who helped me find my favorite coffee kcups!! She was nice and friendly. But over all the store needs help. The customer base is really shady feeling.
Wish I could give zero stars! The auto center here is staffed with people who could care less about customer service. I could say so much about my horrible experience but I'll attempt to keep it short. Person responsible for checking customers in for service must have been hungover. Bloodshot eyes and lack of urgency were the two most prevalent symptoms. There was hardly any customers present when I arrived so I thought I would be in and out quickly. WRONG!!! The associate at the counter was obviously new and clueless. Just another example of why minimum wage employees don't deserve a raise.
