Great place omg the food is bomb and so are the workers
The prices are high but the employee there was very kind to me and made my whole experience better.
Food was hot fresh and came out on a timely manner. But we weren't made aware of the buy one get one wing deal when we were ordering wings. So they politely gave us a second order free of charge.
They just seemed very unorganized. But like I said, food was great, hot, fresh and fast. It was just the customer service that struggled.
Pick up service is great. Good food, easy drive through pick up window. I can order on my way home and it is ready by the time I get there. Website is easy to use.
I like their pizza, but this location is moderately slow and all of the staff has an attitude. I called for a delivery once and the lady was like we aren't going ALL of the way out there. When my house is less than 8 miles away from the pizza hut. The lady said, "If you want pizza DELIVERED so bad call papa johns." So I called papa johns in Harker Heights and got the pizza of a life time. (see my papa John's review) It is worth the trouble to go anywhere but here for pizza.
