I came in to get dinner. I have been waiting for 20 minutes for teriyaki chicken. The cashier was awesome. His name is Tego. However, the place was a mess. From the bathroom to the dining area.
Unfriendly staff serving the smallest portions I've ever received at any Panda Express. I definately won't be back. The food isn't worth the money here.
The food and customer service is great when you walk in, however apparently (if you are using the drive thru) you can wait 25 minutes at the window without being greeted about your order. For a fast food restaurant, that is pretty lousy. Considering i really do enjoy the food even if the food is a little bit more expensive than your typical fast food restaurant.
The quality of the cooking varies from cook to cook. So if you are unfamiliar with the cook, sample tasting your choices is a good idea. I used to go there quite a lot for their Chicken n Mushrooms and walnut shrimp but the Mushroom chicken became very inconsistent and very bland tasting. Portion sizes vary too much. The person in front of you can get far more of the same item for no reason and you far less, after the server realizes they gave that person to much and compensates by giving you less.
This is probably one of the most unprofessional, subpar experiences I've ever had at a Panda Express. We waited almost an hour for our food, every employee seemed to have better things to do than to address their customers, the manager was nowhere to be seen, and instead of communicating with the customer, they identified whose food was whose based on what they were wearing (I was "Blue Shirt"). and of course, the men's restroom was out of order. The food was also pretty unimpressive. I would've been more satisfied going to dine at a vending machine in a Motel 6. Wouldn't even want my worst enemy to dine at this location.
