Went to the opening weekend showing of "IT" everything was great till about the last 10 mins of the movies climax when both the couple next to me and in front of me decided their phone was more important then the movie. I took me completely out of the experience. When the movie was done and we all filed out, I was finally able to track down an employee. When I told her about what happened, she looked at me like I was retarded for even talking to her. Her response was: ".. Well, you watched the whole movie ...didn't you?!". My response was yes, "It was the last 10 minutes ..." Then, when she gave me a look filled with attitude that she was even bothered. "I guess the customer is always wrong in this case." She smiled at this and seeing me fed up.
It's very nice and not very cold but Im still able to move the seats back to relax
Was very disappointed in this theater. It's a great theater. Super clean, great food and seating . But I went with friends to see Girls Trip and brought my 7 month old son with me. I was told I couldn't see the rated R movie because after 6pm they didn't allow infants in to rated R movies. I was honestly very offended because every other time I've gone they had no problem. And as a single mother my son goes everywhere with me. And give me a break. He is 7 months . If they had no problem with me bringing him in before, Also to see rated R movies, then now shouldn't be a problem. Just that alone makes me never want to go there. Yes there are certain ages that shouldn't be allowed to be in there. But a 7 month old who understands nothing except when he cries that he gets to eat. I loved this theater and went very often. But that alone was highly upsetting.
The past two times I visited this location this year I've been hassled for my ID buying my ticket and yet again entering the movie. I am 24 years old. This last time they wouldn't allow my 15 year old brother and I buy tickets because the parent has to watch the movie with him. I'd understand if I were 17 or so but not being 24. Used to love coming here, will have to drive a bit farther to Killeen now where we got in without any issues just showing my ID once.
Very clean and very nice theater, employees are wonderful, well worth it to drive out to here than go to any Killeen cinema.
We won't be going back to this place again. I'm making sure to tell everyone I know about my rude service and their attitude towards customers. Its uncalled for and totally unprofessional.
