Nice atmosphere. Everyone at the front desk is willing to help you. They're not impatient. Fast service. No long waiting in line.

Day 1: received notification that package was delivered in parcel locker. But key was not in my box to open locker.

The lines are usually long with two workers or less present. However the worst part is when you ask them a question or don't fill out the application correctly. They tend to talk you down or lecture you as if I am wasting their time. USPS, please try to remember that we are your customers.

Day 4: Package still missing. Carrier states that he does not recall delivering the package ever. There is nothing USPS can do. Because package was scanned "delivered". I am unable to report loss to eBay/seller.

Never had any problem in the 11 years I have lived here. So one incident does not mean that service is bad here. I do hope that some one in neighborhood (Scarlet Lane) may have gotten this package and consider dropping it off at my door. It is a graduation present.

Day 2: Reported missing key.

Unfortunately, today my question was handled by the wrong person. I never felt so diminished and offended. Lady, I still which you a good day and I hope that the future you incorporate your time in workplace cross-training and customer service courses. This way you can understand customers' and employees' relationships and improve your managerial skills (Leadership, Critical Thinking, Definitely Problem Solving and Communication, Conflict Resolution, to mention a few).

On the other hand, I seen how she manage her employees when she walks to the front of the building. (I send packages almost every day). Her tone of voice is inadequate when addressing employee's questions which is one of the signs of poor management skills. If the building is full, she gets upset and tells her employees to hurry up in a strong tone of voice.

Of course, you will not feel this way if you encounter the employees who work hard all day receiving your packages at the counter. Their customer service is excellent and they always made me feel welcome at the Harker Heights Postal Service.

Day 3: Was told package was located and be delivered later in the day.

This women got so upset and offended by that word. She said that "dam" was a vague language (I didn't said Dammit) and that I should watch my language and remember that I was with my daughter. "The post office doesn't tolerate vague language. And off course, the post office was full of people.

Lady, Do all of us a FAVOR, STAY IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING WHERE NO ONE CAN SEE YOU! Employees know what to do. As a regular customer, I understand that the employees are working as fast as they can; I can see them working fast already. Their is no need to tell them to hurry up when they are handling money. That is when mistakes are made.

I am not sure who gave her an authority to tell someone how to express their feeling or what to say. She is clearly lacks empathy. I told her that I lost 117.00 and she still made comments such as "What do you expect, to collect money and give it to you." Lady, AT LEAST GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER I CAN CALL TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IF YOU CAN NOT HELP YOUR JOB IS TO DIRECT ME TO A POSSIBLE SOLUTION EVEN IS THEIR IS NO SOLUTION.

This place is always packed but the employees who have helped me (Michelle & Ryan) were awesome. They did everything they could to remedy any problems and provide amazing customer service, even with the line. I've always liked USPS but I'm especially impressed.

Whoa, the African American who seems to be the supervisor is SO UNPROFESSIONAL (not the one that often smiles at you from the counter). This women barely shows up. I had an issue with a express package with different time frames online than in the postal service database. Once I realize that I was not going to receive my money back, I said, "Dam that is not good" in a passive tone. I am serious I was not screaming; I am a passive person.
