I only go to this area to pick up my little cousins but never will I ever ever live in that area the landlord should be sued in the health department really needs to go investigate that area. Please don't let the name fool you, that place is the true definition of trailer trash.
Took them a month to fix the toilet. When we mentioned a moldy smell under the kitchen and bathroom sink they GAVE US something to do it ourselves with. When we we're supposed to set up payment arrangements NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE the day we were told to come by and make the payment a d sign papers. They don't listen to complaints about other tenants dogs running around and attacking people. Nor do they stop them from letting other dogs use the bathroom in your yard which in return you have to clean up.

This people is very money hungry and they fine you for everything... They ride around in their cars around park looking for reason to fine you... They don't fix nothing... They are very very prejudices towards the AA community... They also cant stand Mexican Americans as well... You will see that if you move here... You can't be away from your home more than three days without notify them first or they will say you abandoned you lease agreement... You have no room for mistakes here... You dogs are not even allowed by they self even if you do have a fence by they self not even Tied up...they have one set of trash can at the front if the park and refuse to put one in the back so people have to actually put their trash in the car to take it to the trash...lord for bid if you don't have a car...like most of our senior citizens here...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...You will definitely regret it I promise you... I hate I didn't listen to the reviews to this date
