Went here today and no issues with the store. They had multiple sizes of the same items, and the clothes were neat and placed in the appropriate sections. Check out can get a little lengthy.
I went with my son with an hour left until closing on the 21Nov2017. I made eye contact with two employees but never received a welcome, how can I help you, or goodbye. My son and myself were completely ignored. Then I left to Carter's they were completely friendly and helpful.
Nice things for the little one, i did find too large of selecting.
I love the clothes, nothing wrong with that but today in the harker heights location the supervisor/ employee was completely rude. You are in retail and need to have good customer service which they completely lacked today. Left pretty upset due to their nasty attitudes. 5 stars for clothes and products but really 0 stars for employees.
