Information isn't kept up to date per se. They are very nice, but you still have to keep on top of your own trip at every step of the way from start to finish which to me completely defeats the purpose of a travel agent. There's been times where I've asked for specific quotes for specific trips and received the complete wrong information or it wasn't what I asked for. I have finally decided to just look for items on my own or go through another agency. Which is unfortunate because I had high hopes and they seemed so nice and pleasant.
