So my wife and I go to the branch of bank of America to cash a check. Now the check is from Bank of America. The teller who was assisting us informed us a box for verification had popped up on her screen and couldn't verify the funds. So we get a branch manager they try it again as soon as that box popped up again she instantly said there is nothing we can do. So my wife and I Called the company who actually gave is the check and said all Bank of America had to do is call us and we can verify the funds. At this point I'm done with Bank of America I've never banked there nor will I. I work where customer service is a must. Nobody even tried to help. They had 1 teller and line full of people. Its a Friday and only 1 teller. Terrible experience.
Harker Heights, TX location. Horrible customer service! The tellers are extremely rude! Would close my accounts with BofA, but such a hassle. And why in the world would you close the drive thru lanes? They said it was for a face to face customer experience. Why would I want a face to face with someone is going to be openly rude???
Wish there was more than one branch in the area. And longer Saturday hours. But service was good. :)

My rating is not for this branch, but for the favt that there isn't a single B of A ATM or branch in Belton. this town has 20k people. Can we get a freakin atm?
