I went and made a new account today a very wonderful Teller/ accountant that helped me set up my account it was Mrs. Nikki Jimenez she is a very wonderful & nice we had a lot of laughs during the whole process. She's a very good employee she made everything very quick and easy especially to understand, thank you.

The lady who opened my account was awesome. But I think the $12 service fee is a bit ridiculous and you can NEVER get ahold of anyone when you call.
The lady with the German accent is super rude. Also you can't deposit cash in an account that isn't yours but you can deposit a check. It plainly reads on all cash "legal tender for all debts public and private" This bank is a joke.
OMG! I WAS ALMOST IN TEARS FOR JOY, THEY SAVED ME FROM GOING TO JAIL! I WAS A VICTIM OF SPOT DELIVERY / YOYO SCAM AT A CAR DEALERSHIP. I HAD A GUT FEELING TO CALL MY BANK BUT TO BE HONEST I FELT HOPLESS AND BECAUSE MY CREDIT ISN'T THAT GREAT I FELT THEY WOULD EITHER DENY ME OR JACK UP THE MONTHLY PAYMENT. I WAS WRONG. I MEAN YES MY CAR PAYMENT DID GO UP TO 289 BUY I COULDN'T COMPLAIN BECAUSE A CAR PAYMENT BELOW $300 IS IDEAL. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY WHICH WAS WHAT I NEEDED BECAUSE I WAS STILL ON EDGE. ONE WAS EVEN CONCERNED FOR ME AND ASKED IF I WANTED TO GO THROUGH WITH IT SINCE THEY HAD DID ME WRONG. I WAS IN AN EMERGENT SITUATION AND CHASE CAME THROUGH FOR ME AND EVEN GAVE ME SOME DISCOUNTS FOR AUTOMATIC DRAFT AND BEING A CUSTOMER ALREADY. THAT'S LOYALTY AND ADVOCACY. THEY TOOK CARE OF ME!!!!!!!! AS LONG AS CHASE SAVES ME MONEY I'M HAPPY!
