Never ever going back. Owner is rude. The stlylist are rude also. One of the stylist messed up my hair and refused to fix it. She got over this time but, I will never ever go back. And I suggest you not go either. Don't give them your time nor money.
I'm only giving it a two star cause there's one stylist here and she's great! She came from another shop and she's wonderful. The owner however is rude as hell and I wouldn't recommend coming here. She wants to shew people away like a damn dog. Reading other reviews they same the thing. Don't give her your time or money.
The manager/owner/stylist is rude.. I never been treated like this by anyone...she came out even before I finished getting out of the car bc she started screaming that my child was pulling on her door. I said sorry and ask if I could get in for my appt..then she made a face and said whatever I dont care. I ask her is this how you treat costumers and she said I dont care if you stay for your appt or not..how rude. Where has the costumor service gone? And the peoples kindness?
Prices not posted & change verbally. No notification or signage that payment must be done in cash only. When they mess up your hair they call the police, lock you inside and raise the price demanded, claiming you are "stealing their services!"
I was treated like a dog. Beware with people wearing sheep clothing. If you don't have any cash you will get treated like a dog. Owner/stylist are rude and heartless. It's all about nothing but all cash. Don't waste your time and cash money with the owner/stylist. It's only one person is worth your time is the person who braids hair. She's beautiful inside and out. The owner and the stylist are rude and will double team against you. They will laugh at you in your face. I don't see how this business is open. How can you have a business and treat your customers like trash and will tell how they don't care. The owner hates kids. If you have any kids please don't bring your kids with you because she will roll her eyes at the mother and then talk about her clients afterward. The owner and stylist are the most rudest people I know. Don't nobody shows that have license. This shop needs to be checked out and buying illegal movies for entertainment. BEWARE!!! Another thing they are scissor happy. Suppose to get my ends trim and got 4 inches cut off. Refuse to give me my hair. They assault me for asking for my hair.
