Rude Receptionist. Honestly Got Upset Because I Changed My Mind On The Nail Tech. You Would've Thought I Was Receiving Free Services. What Is The Point Of Having Different Nail Techs If You Can't Choose Who You Want. Last Minute Or Not, I Was Willing To Wait. But Her Disrespectful Tone Towards Me Made Me HAPPY To Leave ASAP. They Should Hire More Professional People Outside of Sneakers & Hoodies To handle The Front Desk

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now and have never had a bad experience until today. I brought a friend to get pedicures done because they are always great. To start off when we sat in our chairs her water was ice cold and mine was scorching hot. When the pedicures started her nail tech made her bleed twice. My nail tech "finished" with nail polish all over my toes. My nail tech did such a rushed job it looks like a kid did my nails. Very disappointed.
