Dr. SOSA IS AN ANGEL IN DISGUISE. He has been a complete joy to work with throughout my pregnancy as well other diagnoses that I've had. I recommend him to everyone!! The best bed side manner and he ACTUALLY LISTENS TO YOU!!!!! It's so hard to find someone who will listen to what is going on with your body. Again, if you need an obgyn I recommend him a million times over!
Awful customer service. I just tried to call to get advice about a procedure happening through their facility, and the old biddy on the phone wouldn't even let me get through my explanation before she was cutting me off. I am a breastfeeding mother and she wouldn't even give me the time of day since I didn't actually deliver there (even though my procedure will be there). Definitely time for her to retire if she can't even let someone explain what's going on. Good job, King's Daughters. I will be refusing service at this facility and going somewhere else.
I used to think this place was great. I just recently moved out of state, and while doing so, my birth control prescription expired. I go to get a yearly exam religiously and have never had any irregularities (thankfully). It should have not been a problem to get one refill of birth control, while I find a new doctor. WRONG. They were "unable" to accommodate my request. As a result, they let one of their patients be without something they need. Yes birth control can be used for the prevention of pregnancy, but it has so many more uses that I benefit from. I can not think of a reason why they couldn't refill it. Other than, they're more interested in getting money for an office visit. My old doctor's office, that I haven't visited in almost three years, has been more accommodating. They could not believe they did that either! I shouldn't be denied access to birth control. Period.
Dr. Sosa is so patient and respectful! He followed my whole pregnancy and delivered! He is very consistent! After you have your baby, take them to his wife Mrs Jackie in Temple! She is a DOLL!
I chose this clinic because it was convenient to my workplace and was open late enough that I could swing by after work for OB appointments. Dr. Sosa and his nurse are both great. Generally the wait wasn't too bad (not much different than most clinics I've visited). I wasn't impressed with the receptionist.
