I love this place everyone is so nice and respectful, my doctor Dr. castellanos is the best
Went in to be seen ladies at front desk not very nice. I have been there at least 4 times they have my insurance info. first time I was there they charged me I think 94. 00 copay my copay should be 40 or 45 said they would credit back to my account. has not happened they tried to charge me 37.00 plus copay today and said I must have card from insurance company because they only had paper copy on file. I think problem with this place is girls in front don't care. If they were working for me they would be home watching judge Judy. I took my credit card and limp out never to return. have a great day ladies. Would like to say never really had problems with DR. only staff.
My wife was late 10 min to her appointment because she had to go home and change due to vomit. She had a prescription because she has sickness throughout her pregnancy and she had no more pills to take due to crazy Military doctors that are idiots. The Lady at front desk was just chatting on phone for a long time. By the time my wife talked to her it's like 25 min after her appointment time. She told the lady I have an appointment. Front desk lady replied well your late so I need to reschedule. My wife says ok well I have not seen a doctor in months I am due at any moment and my last 3 pregnancy I have been high risk when can I see him. She clicks mouse button 2 times and says it won't be for 2 weeks. My wife said What am Supposed to do I need to see a doctor in case something is wrong with me or the baby. Front desk lady shrugged her shoulders like o well I don't know. Nothing I can do... why are receptionist so rude. This is the kicker I got a friend to call and make an appointment there and tell me how it was a week earlier then she tried to give my wife. This lady should be fired. Just found out by the Hospital standards on the paperwork they hand out.... if your late more than 15 min you will be rescheduled so why did my wife get rescheduled? because the lady was talking on the phone? It also says that she should be seen weekly so why is she trying to giver her appointment 2 weeks out? If you set a standard it should be followed if anything happens to my wife I'll just get with a lawyer. Hope everything is on the up and up.
My daughter was having ear infections ever other week and her pediatrician send us with Dr Jacob Minor, i was little scared when he told us she need tubes, but him take his time to answer all our concerns, we programmed surgery and she did great no ear infections at all 1 year and half later and tubes out my little girl ear is perfect she can hear good and no more infections, thank you dr Jacob Minor...
They do not answer their phones. They are extremely unprofessional. I have insurance and they sent me a bill. I contacted my insurance and they advised me that I should not have to come out of pocket for anything. I spoke with Cheryl polowski who was very rude and implied that I was lying. My Medicaid told me to tell her to contact them and they would be happy to let her know what I'm covered for. She was rude and said she did not want to speak with them.
