I started calling at 445 pm, seeing how they don't close till 5 and no one answered then at 452 my calls were sent to voicemail
Plumber arrived hours earlier than agreed. Because I was not there to meet them, I was charged an additional $35. The drain was clogged causing backflow and was not fixed in the first or second visit.
When I called this morning the lady hung up 3 times on me, and when I asked for management she said she was the owner and hung up again. When I called back I explained to the lady she can't be mad at me for not doing their job Friday, nor can she expect me to leave my home open from 8-5 seeing how they failed to render a previous service. I explained I'm the one that should be mad. She hung up again
I called back asking for their address in which she gave to me and explained she canceled my work order, omg. I told her I would be at her business in a few. When I arrived. The door was open, the building but the glass door was locked with a bull dog sitting at the door, LMAO, I raise pits so that didn't bother me. What was ignorant was how she was in the back aisle with the dog looking from me to her, if u gone lock the door then the least u should do is stay out the sight so your dog don't tell on you....I am beyond angry and u will see me soon when u least think I'm coming to have a face to face. ..I HOPR NO ONE EVER USES YOU ALL. IF YOU GUYS NEED A PLUMBER PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND ILL GIVE U A GOOD ONE THAT I HAVE LAWAYS USED AND MANY OF AZ CUSTOMERS GO TO THEM AS WELL .. AZ IS THE DAMN WORSE
This place has given the worse customer service. Customer service entails not just phone communication but the duty one carries out on doing their job. The lady that answered the phone Jodi/Judy was so hateful and frustrated. I assume her frustration is due to work that wasn't done on last Friday the 28 July, so she expressed to my landlord, but according to other reviews her nasty attitude is a norm. This company set up a work order to be done between 8-2, upon leaving my door accessible, I got home at 430 to see that nothing was done
Service is straight trash. The girl answering the phone is rude and unprofessional. They tell you a round about time and then still don't come through or even call to say they're enroute etc.
No call no show on a friday after making an appointment a week in advance. No 24 hour emergency line. Called back on Monday and AZ had no reason for no call no show. Instead of offering to come out right away they said they would be there as soon as the could.
Been using this company for years. Never had any issues. They take care of you. Professional and always fix my problems. Had major flood at my house the other night. Within the hour they were here and got me all squared away. They never leave a mess and are more than just nice and helpful. Will not use any other company
