Had a pipe busted underneath the house and water running into the street. Max and assistant arrived on the scene, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Charged a reasonable amount and everyone satisfied. He and his assistant were likable and I would recommend them to everyone.
He came out and installed a gas valve so we could convert our range from electric to gas. The estimate was free and he went ahead and purchased all the parts needed before he came back to complete the job. He was on time and really reasonably priced.
Completely unreliable. They came out twice for the same problem. The guy who came out always had to leave to go get another tool and sometimes came back and sometimes did not. He came out the second time, dug a huge hole to my sewer pipe and busted a hole through it to snake the pipe (which no other plumber has needed to do that), then left to get a tool and did not come back. 4 days go by and two calls to the owner and the guy finally came back, added a pipe that comes a foot up out of the ground with no cap on it, just open. Said he had to go get the cap and still has never come back. This is the worst plumbing service I have ever had to deal with. Do not use them.
Took a little longer then they had told us but its understandable when you have to make house calls. Showed up and got my issue resolved within minutes. The guy was nice and apologized for the delay. I Would recommend to others.
Max helped my mom out when she had a gas leak. He could not have been nicer! He was always courteous and willing to take of things for my mom. He went out of his way to do a good and thorough job. His price was so reasonable and my mom even gave him a tip. Now my mom has a water pipe that broke and I called him and he is up and going to go help with that! He is a blessing! Thank you Max!!!
