I always get the meal deals. Have never been disappointed/ left still hungry.
Took forever in the drive thru, young employees with little, or no clue what customer service is, jalapeños were so burnt the cheese had blown out before it was served, no straws with our drinks......I thought corporate took over these central Texas locations to remedy these flaws. Seems like that was a failure.
Ordered a bacon and Swiss buttery jack. No Swiss and it was over cooked. Bread was soggy. Manager was rude when I asked her to remake it. And to begin with the drive through took forever. No paper towels in restroom
Took forevet in the drivethrough. My drink was 95 percent ice. I ordered a large ultimate cheeseburger with bacon meal. They barely gave me fries and the hamburger patties were so small it looked like only one patty. What a waste of money. Do not go here till they fix it.
Good food, good service most of the time. Their remodel has improved their quality tremendously. New management is outstanding.
