This is the worst Dr. I have ever seen, and with the conditions I have, I have seen several. She is a pill pushing Dr. I have gone in for one thing and by the time I leave she had written me several prescriptions for something else that I didn't need. She has even prescribed me 2 specific medications at he same time that when taken together could cause fatal affects. I have turned her into my insurance company as well as the state medical board. Please think twice before you see this woman, as all she really cares about is milking your insurance company for what she can get as well as kick backs from the medicine she prescribes.

Almost every time I spoke with John he was rude and short with his answers. One time I called to let him know what the insurance said he needed to send and he told me he would do it on Monday morning because there was only an hour left before they closed. I could see if I called 5 minutes before they closed but to rush me off the phone and not want to do any work the last hour of your shift is completely unprofessional. Twice he got on the phone, not even saying hello, and went straight into telling me how he did what he needed to do and how I was wrong. The last time we spoke he once again got on the phone and a very rude and disrespectful manner and went straight into yelling, “I already told you I sent the paperwork in” without even hearing anything I had to say. He told me that he knows how to do referrals and he wasn’t going to resubmit the paperwork and I should find another primary care doctor if I wanted the referral. I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism from a manager, especially one in health care. Her husband should never be allowed to speak with patients due to his horrible attitude and aggressive behavior.

Very friendly and professional staff. Doctor is very through. I preferred the old location off Stan Shuler because it was closer to my resident however I still drive to clinic because I don't want switch doctors because she's very good doctor.

Dr. E. has been our family doctor for longer than I can remember—at least 20 years, maybe more. Not once in all that time have we ever had cause for complaint, quite the opposite, in fact. She has always been honest, forthright, and informative in her approach to every bit medical advice she has given our family. We believe in her and her abilities, and have come to rely on her completely for all medical needs. My wife and I can't recommend her highly enough.

I had to wait almost 2 months to get a referral because of the back and forth between my PCP’s office and my insurance company which could have been avoided if John had taken the time and interest to send the correct information in. Instead he further held up my care by being impatient and difficult to work with and finally just saying he wasn’t going to send the referral at all. It must be convenient to have your spouse as the doctor and owner of the practice because there will be no repercussions for your behavior. It’s sad that he feels so comfortable providing poor customer service in a field where compassion and respect should be required traits. After some of the calls between us, I researched this office to see what other reviews I would find and there were a few bad reviews as well as a federal case of insurance fraud that they recently settled. I’m not sure if these practices are still continuing, but this by no means is what I would considerable a respectable practice. The one time I was able to get a message back to Dr. Elemuren to try to get this situation resolved, I was told that she said I would need to come back in for a new appointment to get the same referral re-issued since 45 days had passed. I feel this would have been completely unnecessary because nothing had changed with my condition, except for the fact that it had gotten worse, and there was nothing new that she could have done at a new appointment except charge me another co-pay. Needless to say I will never visit this office again.

My initial visit with Dr. Elemuren was decent. She seemed like a good doctor and answered all of my questions. After my follow up visit she suggested a consult with general surgery and diagnosed me with gallbladder disease. She originally referred me to a Seton physician and I wasn’t comfortable going there since I had recently had a bad experience so I asked to be seen at a S&W location. The office manager/her husband John had to submit paperwork to my insurance company to review the referral but it was not approved because there was information missing. There were a few calls between myself, John and the insurance company which led to a two-month process of getting my referral completed.
