It would be great if I could get an appointment! No one ever answers the phone for this person! They really suck! I am changing my primary care provider ASAP!

Great care and very personable bedside manor. Very military friendly; exceptional and timely assistance with additional paperwork.
While Dr. Swain is an exceptional Doctor. His administrative staff are less than exceptional. They assumed my insurance covered a routine physical as most do in their words. So without verification they lead me to believe that I would have no co-pay. Well now I have a bill for $1700 that says otherwise. When trying to resolve this I was told it is my responsibility to know ahead of time if a procedure will be covered and that was that. Very dissatisfied, will not recommend and will not return, nor will any member or my family.
