Terrible. Announced my name to the whole waiting room. So much for HIPAA. Appt. at 9am arrived 845 not seen until 1045 for 15 mins tops if that. told I needed to come back for two separate appts (each with a new co pay) because they only do testing on Monday and only two at a time for a total of three co pays for one new patient appt.
Will never go back. Asked for some military papers to be filled out and he filled them out and then refused to sign them. Very rude staff. Then refused to give me the records for my daughter for that day I was told to come back in a week.
I have had to wait as long as two hours before the doctor actually saw me. This happened on two separate occasions, then on my last appointment when I waited two hours, I was told by the receptionist that I would have to schedule another appointment because they had schedule me previously for the wrong exam. I have no faith or confidence in this staff or the doctor.
