The management also has pathetic customer service polices. 20% fee on exchanges and on top of that extra delivery charges for pick up and drop.
I advise anyone looking for good furniture to shop else where. Take the extra time to go to Ikea Round Rock.
Our sales person was great. Showed me everything I wanted. Even helped my wife pick out tables to go with the Rustic look of our leather couch.
Worst shopping experience ever! The delivery guys looked like they were on drugs. I had my furniture replaced 3 times already. Something always came back damaged or wrong item.
As a military family, we move a lot and replace furniture a lot, so we've had our share of annoying, overbearing furniture store experiences but this was a great experience. We needed a new sectional and recliner and Steven was a great help. We knew what we wanted and wanted to make sure we got the best deal. Steven was very patient and never hovered over us, he gave us some very useful information and in the end we got exactly what we wanted and a bonus, a free 65' Smart TV, worth over $800, on top of it. If you want great customer service and a variety of deals and options on furniture, this store is it. Ask for Steven or someone like him, that's knowledgeable about store inventory and available options.
The staff was nice and not bothersome, the prices are reasonable. Where the get you here in the Killeen store is that they have NO back stock, and unless the item in the showroom is for sale you have to PAY for them to bring the items from another warehouse. Then they tell you a delivery date and they give you a time of deliver about two days beforehand, a 5 hour window and even that is subject to change. This was my first time dealing with this company and will be the last, I even tried to pick up my own items, but I would still have to pay the same deliver charge either way.
Delivery takes weeks to arrive and when it does, it is always damaged because the drivers probably light one up before making the delivery.

Ok, so I am so late, I purchased about $5T worth of furniture from Rooms to Go. My furniture is still in great condition (all of it)...Hopefully by the time I return the storage/accent cabinets will still be available, I need to purchase 4 more in a couple different colours...I worked with Arlene and I'm looking forward to working with her again....She is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful, knowledgeable and great taste in decorating...Look out Arlene I'm moving back next month and preparing to purchase a home so more furniture I will need
