I had been to other places, had even picked out a couch, but when I went back to purchase it - the one I had picked out was discontinued. So, back to square 1. I had seen this place a 100 times from the freeway and decided to look. I had to have a sofa. The sales person listened as I told her my story and what I needed and what I had found at the other store that was discontinued. She was very helpful, and brought me to an almost identical sofa, and she showed me three others that were very similar. After talking with her, I told I couldn't finance as we are in the process of mortgaging a new home and couldn't have my credit touched. She had a work around that fit our needs to a T. So in about an hour, my dilemma was solved and I got a couch that will be delivered right around the time our house will be complete. The customer service was outstanding. Will be coming back here to purchase some more items that we will need in the near future.
