So I came in to get "gel nails" because I did not want to use acrylic anymore. At the time of my visit I had acrylic set on, so the nail tech had to take off my acrylic nails. During this process, she fetched hot water and whatever nail polish remover in a blue bowl with a plastic bag. She urged me to put my hands in there while it was stupid hot..I told her it was too hot and she did nothing but laugh and force my hands in the bowl. The whole time she was taking off my acrylic nails she did nothing but complain about how much she hated acrylic nails and how horrible my nails looked... After she put on the gel nails she rushed me out of the chair, and charged me $40. When I asked for a drink, she rolled her eyes and impatiently asked me what I wanted. She grew even more impatient as I asked what the options were. She was a young asian and still works there. I don't know what her name is but when you walk in she is to your right. I will find out her name and post it here but if I could give 0 stars I would.
Great staff and work! The free frozen margarita and fruit cups offered are definitely a plus :)
Even though my service is not the best, I frequent this place because they are quite friendly and welcoming. I love just going and getting a pedi jusy to sit and chat with the person I always request and they provide fruit and drinks!!
Fresh fruit & margaritas umm yes!!! I'm pregnant so I got a virgin margarita. Was so hungry loved the fresh fruit cups. Girl could've done better cleaning my toes & detailing. Very busy, reasonable charge for my daughters nails.
My experience here is always great. Love the people, products and services. Professional, courteous and always up to date on the newest trends.
