Unit was very clean when we moved in. Stayed there for about two months and the experience was great. The owner provided everything from pots, pans and dishes to the vacuum cleaner.
Mr. Bass (Owner) was "nice" while collecting rent. BUT after vacating the apartment the deposit arrived LONG after leaving. Multiple texts and calls from myself preceded the BARE minimal deposit check. The tenant falsely accused me of stealing sheets that were NEVER used, and damaging carpet that I RARELY walked on. PLEASE think twice before choosing this establishment. IF YOU CHOOSE HERE don't expect the nice character presented initially to continue once you no longer live there.
