Avoid at all cost renter or homeowner

Very nice family company. Helped us find a rental that fits our needs perfectly.

We used this company for 3 years. We had our carport ruined by them not having it cleaned. Said tenet did it which is against thier own policy and could not provide the receipts. They held a 1000 dollar deposit saying the tenet a warrant officer did not leave a forwarding address. This is same tenet who supposedly cleaned the carpet no receipts again. It took over 6 months to get them to give us the deposit only after we saw the condition of our home. We paid almost 750.00 for a new front door because a tenet had the sprinkler hitting it for who knows how long. We were told of thier maitnence dept asked for the billing receipts. Oh they went there and never billed us just left. We later discovered Steve who has no idea what he is doing other than a home owner is themaintnece man. My advise go far run as a renter they enter the house with tenets not thier. Homeowner you have no idea what they are adding to your lease. I have been the happiest homeowner getting rid of these liers and thiefs. If you don't believe me ask for copies of your lease every time it's rented. Steve will cry about it but it should tell you to go with a professional company and not with someone who does not and will flip his lid if you ask questions. Ask for his maintnece records on your house. Stay away from his will pay for it and you pay us back. Your locked into his company and the loan is secured by the tenets deposit. So if you fire him you owe the tenet thier deposit plus what overage is left will be taken outa the last rent. Very gifted bullshiter he is. I'm still waiting for REAlk to proceed with the theft damages and his no damage to your house emails at the last turn over. If you are not close enough to check on your property do not trust the 6 month inspection. Ask for pictures of floors not pictures on walls that's where the cost of replacement is. Not nail holes in a wall

This is the absolute worst company to rent from. Our air has went out 5-6 times since we've lived here in November 2016, if I want them to come "fix" the air that day I have to pay a service charge or until the people they can use can come out the next day or a few days later, it's 100 degrees in my home right now. They don't ever fix the air, it's like they put a bandaid over it and let it mess up again in a few weeks. I don't ever suggest using this place. Steve is extremely rude, and will tell you "it's life" "it's not dangerous that it's that hot" okay yeah, that's fine but it is dangerous.

BUYER BEWARE! ZERO STARS. Read the fine print of the contract and make sure to document leasing agent's responses. Leases are very ambiguous. When I was questioning everything Steve became quite agitated and told me that they are family business and the lease was a "template" and that with military orders we wouldn't have a problem. We received orders and his story has since changed. Even though we were prorated to move in, we are being charged for a full month although were are only in the house for 10 days of our last month. He also stated that we have to leave utilities on for the full month which is not clear in the verbiage of the contract. He stated it was required by the state which I know is not accurate since this is the 3rd home we have rented in the state since 2012. The owner has been unprofessional on multiple occasions, and is NOT capable of discussing anything in disagreement.

Very happy that I know longer have to deal with his verbal abuse ignoring emails and his lies.
