We leased our house from the great group at The Real Estate MarketPlace for a few years. We were able to easily find a home we loved and their team made everything, from the application to moving in a breeze! We only had one time where we needed maintenance to come out, and thankfully they were speedy and accurate on their repairs, as it was our AC unit acting up in the middle of the Texas summer. The team was able Robert quickly have the problem resolved and is back to cooling off in no time. When it was sadly time for us to move, the team made it easy and simple. We took care of the home as if it were our own and they took care of us in return. We will definitely use them as our property management team again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone searching! Thanks y'all!
Had no issues upon move out. They did charge me for what I forgot to do..... Sweeping under fridge & stove, I didn't wipe down the blinds & ceiling fan. Totally my fault. I understand. However, they do have to wait for homeowners approval before they send out repair people
I have been renting with this company for a little over 2 years now. By far the best experience I have had renting. The staff is nothing short of amazing. Everytime I had a problem it was fixed very fast. Kim is the best when it was time for us to move and we needed a place and wanted to stay in the same school district. Kim found a way to make that happen. I really enjoy when Robert comes to do repairs. Couldn't ask for a better maintenence guy, very professional tells you how it is. I really appreciate that. Just a great team of people looking out for the guest and owners best interest.
Buyer beware!! This rental company is awful and this is one of the reasons they are being bought out. They wrongfully withheld my security deposit and claim that damages exceeded the amount which left me with a balance. I had photos to prove no damages and yet they would not accept them! Should have taken them to small claims court.
But overall good experience. Thank you all & God Bless
RENTERS BE AWARE THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS!! WE CLEANED THE HOUSE OUT AND CARPET CLEANED WITH RECEIPTS TURNED IN FOR 819 MUSTANG TRAIL, THEY LIED ABOUT GIVING US OUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK AND DIDNT.. WE WERE A MILITARY FAMILY ON ORDERS AND HAD TO LEAVE OUT OF STATE AND GOT CHARGES THAT WERE FALSE... ABOUT SOME CLEANING THEY DID, THAT HOUSE WAS CLEANER WHEN WE GOT DONE WITH IT THAN WHEN WE MOVED IN!!! DONT LEASE FROM THEM, THEY WILL LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
